This No Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all digital products, courses, memberships, downloads, and other digital services (collectively, “Digital Products”) sold by Prosperity Marketing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on the RetireStrongBlueprint.com website (the “Site”).
2. All Sales Are Final
By purchasing a Digital Product from the Site, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
You are purchasing access to digital information and content, which is delivered instantly or made accessible upon purchase. Due to the immediate access and the intangible nature of Digital Products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, whether your purchase was made by mistake, you changed your mind, or for any other reason.
3. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
No refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including, but not limited to:
Technical Failures: We are not responsible for technical failures on your end, such as issues with your internet connection, computer, or software.
User Error: This includes, but is not limited to, accidental purchases or failure to understand the product specifications.
Dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with the product’s content or your personal results.

We reserve the right to discontinue any Digital Product or revoke or terminate your access to any Digital Product at any time, for any reason, including violation of our Terms & Conditions, without notice and without liability for a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prosperity Marketing LLC disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, use, access revocation, or discontinuation of any Digital Product.
5. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Policy will remain in full force and effect.
6. Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Orange County, New York.
