1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all webinars, live events, courses, workshops, and any other presentations (collectively, “Events”) hosted by Prosperity Marketing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) on or through the RetireStrongBlueprint.com website (the “Site”), whether live or pre-recorded.
2. Prohibition on Recording & Distribution
All Events and their content, including all audio, video, slides, and proprietary materials (“Event Content”), are the exclusive intellectual property of Prosperity Marketing LLC.
Attendees are strictly prohibited from:
Recording: Using any device to capture audio or video of any Event Content.
Live Streaming: Transmitting or streaming any Event Content on any platform.
Copying & Sharing: Reproducing, distributing, sharing, or posting any Event Content on social media, file-sharing sites, or any other public or private forum.
3. Permitted Use
No Event Content may be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without the express prior written permission of Prosperity Marketing LLC. Any such request must be made in writing.
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to enforce this policy strictly. Any attendee found to be in violation of this policy will be:
Immediately removed from the Event without a refund.
Potentially banned from all future Events.
Subject to legal action to the fullest extent of the law for copyright infringement and any other applicable claims.
5. Severability
If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this Policy will remain in full force and effect.

7. Revisions
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
